Cancellation Policy
Consultancy Services
You may cancel a consultancy service booking up to 14 days before the scheduled appointment for a full refund.
If you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled service, no refund will be provided.
No refund will be issued if you cancel after the course has started.
For self-paced online courses, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase, provided you haven’t accessed the course materials.
Refund Policy
Consultancy Services
If you cancel within the allowed time frame (see cancellation policy), a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the cancellation has been confirmed.
If you are eligible for a refund (see cancellation policy), the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 days.
Refunds are not available once course materials have been accessed or the course has begun.
